Problem

Bong Threads, a two-person t-shirt brand, was selling through Instagram DMs. Every order meant manually confirming size, address and payment — and things fell through the cracks weekly.

What I built

A full online store on Next.js:

• Product catalog with variants (size, colour) and live inventory counts
• Cart and checkout with Stripe payments (cards + UPI-rejected fallback flows handled)
• Order tracking page customers can open from their confirmation SMS
• A lightweight admin panel for products, stock and order status

Result

The store launched and has processed 1K+ orders in six months. Order-handling time dropped from ~10 minutes per order to near zero, and the founders finally have real data on which designs sell.
